East Atlanta is an ever-growing, constantly changing hub of culture and trends. In 2015, it was name the 3rd hottest neighborhood in the entire United States according to Redfin Corp. The area is exploding with interest from millennials and empty nesters because of the trendy restaurants, bars and boutiques. It’s a becoming an incredibly popular area because it allows people to have everything at their fingertips, in terms of amenities and cost of living, as well as connection to nature.
The people moving into East Atlanta are mainly young tech workers, who have relocated from either the western or eastern seaboards and are looking for an affordable place to raise a family. One of the main strengths of the area, and why it is gaining such acclaim, is that it feels like a small-town while still boasting distinctly urban offerings.
